It’s not our first visit to Books and Beans Cafe, and it certainly won’t be our last! This charming spot in the city centre has become our favorite place to enjoy breakfast. We love sitting on the second floor, where the cozy corner is filled with children's books and a long family-style table, perfect for gatherings. We always recommend booking early to secure our spot, especially if you plan to visit between 11:30 and 12:30—the ideal time to explore both breakfast and lunch menus! The staff is incredibly friendly and always eager to help with menu choices. Every dish we ordered was a delight! While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the experience is truly worth it. From the warm atmosphere to the delectable food, Books and Beans Cafe is a gem we’re excited to return to again and again! Highly recommended!

Lovely place to spend an afternoon with a book and a coffee. Had a nice view near the window. The place is very cosy to relax with your book. The staff was also friendly to help you find a book in their collection. Definitely will come again when I visit Aberdeen.

It feels like you're in a private little library. The staff is friendly, it's nice and quiet, and the food is a very good price. I got pancakes from the breakfast menu and they were delicious. Would definitely come again.

Just fab. Staff were so lovely. I read half a book in one sitting, eating a delicious breakfast roll - the smoothies are awesome too

Went there with a friend for lunch. Food and the coffee taste awesome. Sadly the cheesecake was sold out so I order a lemon cake. It is quite good but a bit too sweet.

Great place for breakfast. The omelet and pancakes are second to none. We went there twice. Highly recommend it. Staff are superb.
